Water Well Driller Supervisor
We are seeking a water well driller to lead / supervise our water well drilling operations in Sault Ste Marie and close by areas.
We are a specialized drilling services firm that works with municipal, provincial and federal governments as well as mining, consulting, planning and engineering firms – offering efficient, practical and innovative solutions.
We prefer a licensed water well technician and must have a clean DZ driving license and can drive manual/stick.
We are open to red seal journeyman from anywhere in Canada.
You must have at least 3 years water well drilling experience and be able to independently operate equipment, maintain rigs and drill/develop wells using a Canterra CT350 or similar equipment.

- A starting salary of $40-$55 per hour, depending on skill set (Higher pay negotiable for the right candidate)

- This role will work with various stakeholders involved in performing a variety of tasks related to water well drilling and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the division
WHAT do you need to have?
- Strong knowledge of water well drilling
- Valid and clean DZ driver's license
- Ontario licensed water well technician or a Red Seal.
- Knowledge of water well drilling equipment, Canterra CT350 experience preferred.
- You need to pass a standard reference check.
